Highly glazed ceramic tiles may craze with time, and no guarantee can be given against this occurrence. This is an inherent part of our hand finished tiles and adds to their rustic nature.
Sealing crazed and crackle tiles
All crazed and crackle glazed tiles and finishing pieces must be impregnated before and after grouting on initial installation. They also need to be impregnated after three months and then again a year after installation.
