Harry Potter Restaurant, Universal Theme Park

We are delighted that Original Style’s Victorian Floor Tiles played a key role in the immersive design of the Harry Potter–themed restaurant at Universal’s world-renowned theme park. The project showcases the versatility and craftsmanship of our heritage collections, brought to life through bespoke solutions tailored for large-scale commercial environments.

Crafting an Authentic, Story-Driven Interior

To reflect the rich, atmospheric world of Harry Potter, the client selected our Victorian Floor Tiles in the York pattern, using Dover White, Chester Mews, and Black to create a soft yet traditionally grounded palette. A bespoke border design was developed to frame the scheme, adding detail and historic character that complemented the themed setting.

Meeting Complex Challenges with Custom Solutions

The restaurant presented a unique installation challenge due to multiple structural pillars that would have made a traditional piece-by-piece layout significantly more time-consuming and costly. To overcome this, Original Style produced custom pattern and border trays, which were film-faced to order. This approach allowed the beautiful York pattern to be installed seamlessly and efficiently while maintaining complete design accuracy.
